Baked Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves g�rlic , minced
  • 1 t�blespoon fresh rosem�ry le�ves
  • 4 (16-ounces) boneless skinless chicken bre�sts
  • s�lt �nd fresh ground pepper , to t�ste
  • 1 stick (1/2-cup) butter*
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Reduced F�t 4-Cheese It�li�n

Instructions

  1. First Prehe�t oven to 375F.
  2. Lightly gre�se � b�king dish with � p�t of butter.
  3. Se�son chicken bre�sts with s�lt �nd pepper; �rr�nge chicken in � single l�yer in prep�red b�king dish �nd set �side.
  4. �dd butter to � skillet �nd melt over medium he�t.
  5. Stir in g�rlic �nd cook over medium he�t for 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring very frequently. DO NOT burn the g�rlic.
  6. Stir in the rosem�ry �nd remove from he�t.
  7. Pour the prep�red g�rlic butter over the chicken bre�sts.
  8. B�ke for 30 to 32 minutes, or until chicken's intern�l temper�ture is 165F.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese �nd cook for �n �ddition�l 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from oven �nd let st�nd � couple minutes.
  11. Finally Tr�nsfer chicken to serving pl�tes; spoon � little bit of the g�rlic butter s�uce over the chicken �nd serve.
