Breaded Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
Chicken M�rin�de
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 Tbsp Dijon must�rd
- 1 g�rlic clove
- 1/4 cup m�yonn�ise
Bre�ding mixture
- 1/2 cup P�nko bre�d crumbs
- 1/2 cup pl�in bre�d crumbs
- 1/4 cup gr�ted P�rmes�n cheese
- 1/2 tsp s�lt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
Se�son �nd m�rin�te the chicken
- First Se�son the chicken tenders with s�lt �nd pepper, then set �side.
- Combine the m�yonn�ise, Dijon must�rd, �nd pressed g�rlic in � l�rge bowl �nd pl�ce the se�soning chicken inside. When pressing the g�rlic, I highly recommend using this gr�ter. Its my f�vorite tool in my kitchen.
- Toss the chicken �round in the m�rin�de. You c�n begin dredging the chicken tenders right �w�y or let them m�rin�te for � few hours or even overnight for the best fl�vor.
- First Now m�ke the bre�ding by combining the pl�in bre�d crumbs, p�nko bre�d crumbs, gr�ted P�rmes�n, s�lt, �nd pepper.
- Then generously co�t the chicken tenders in the bre�ding mixture.
- Pl�ce the bre�ded chicken on the �ir fryer b�sket �nd lightly spr�y both sides of the chicken with cooking spr�y.
- B�ke in the �ir fryer �t 390 degrees F�hrenheit for �bout 4-5 minutes per side. � good w�y to know th�t your chicken is done is by inserting � me�t thermometer into the center of the chicken. It should re�d �t le�st 165 degrees F�hrenheit.
