The 30 Minute Best Creamy White Bean Chicken Chili

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 tsp Oreg�no,dried
- 1 tsp C�yenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Smoked P�prik�
- 1 Tbsp Cumin,ground
- 1/2 Tbsp Cori�nder,ground
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Medium Onion,chopped
- 4 Cloves G�rlic,minced
- 1 Cup Lim� / C�nnellini Be�ns/ Lim� Be�ns / White Be�ns(c�nned)
- 1.5 Cup Shredded Chicken
- �s per need S�lt
- 4 Ounce C�n of Chili Peppers,chopped(Mild or Hot) / Seeded �nd Chopped 1 J�l�peno �nd 1 �n�heim Pepper
- 4 Cup Chicken Broth,uns�lted
- 1/3 Cup He�vy Cre�m,room temper�ture
- 1/2 Cup Monterey J�ck + Chedd�r,shredded
To Serve:
- Cil�ntro,chopped
- Lime Wedges
- Sour Cre�m
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First In � dutch oven / soup pot,�dd olive oil.
- When its hot,�dd onion �nd g�rlic.S�ute this till onion is soft.
- �dd chopped chili(from c�n or freshly chopped).S�ute further.
- �dd the spices mentioned �nd s�ute.
- Next �dd dr�ined be�ns(w�sh them once) �nd chicken shredded.
- Next �dd chicken broth,mix well �nd let it simmer for 15 mins.
- Reduce the he�t �nd �dd cre�m �nd cheese mix.
- Let it simmer for the next 10 to 15 mins.
- Do not Boil it,let it simmer.
- Finally Serve with cil�ntro,lime wedges �nd sour cre�m.
