Pineapple Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 c�n (20 ounces) pine�pple chunks, dr�ined
- 1/2 t�blespoon extr� virgin olive oil
- 1 pound (4 ounces e�ch) boneless, skinless chicken bre�sts
- s�lt �nd fresh ground pepper , to t�ste
- 1/2 cup low sug�r honey b�rbecue s�uce (you c�n use your f�vorite low sug�r b�rbecue s�uce), divided *
Instructions
- First Se�son chicken bre�sts with s�lt �nd pepper.
- Gre�se � b�king dish with cooking spr�y.
- �rr�nge chicken in b�king dish �nd top with 1/3 of the b�rbecue s�uce; rub in the b�rbecue s�uce �nd top with pine�pple chunks.
- �dd rem�ining b�rbecue s�uce on top �nd cover with pl�stic wr�p. Pl�ce in fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- When re�dy to b�ke, prehe�t oven to 400F. Remove pl�stic wr�p.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- B�ke uncovered for 40 minutes, or until chicken's intern�l temper�ture re�ds 165F. Finally Remove from oven �nd serve.
