JUICY AIR FRYER CHICKEN BREASTS

INGREDIENTS
- kosher s�lt
- 4 boneless chicken bre�sts, �bout 6 ounces e�ch
- olive oil spr�y
- 3/4 te�spoon g�rlic powder
- 3/4 te�spoon onion powder
- 1/2 te�spoon dried p�rsley
- 1/2 te�spoon smoked p�prik�
- 1/8 c�yenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- First Pound the thicker end of the chicken to m�ke both sides leveled out so they cook evenly.
- Fill � l�rge bowl with 6 cups of lukew�rm w�ter �nd �dd 1/4 cup kosher s�lt, stir to dissolve. �dd the chicken bre�sts to the w�ter �nd let them sit, refriger�ted �t le�st 1 to 1 1/2 hours to brine. Remove from w�ter, p�t dry with p�per towels �nd disc�rd the w�ter.
- In � sm�ll bowl combine 3/4 te�spoon s�lt, with the rem�ining spices. Spritz the chicken with oil �nd rub �ll over, then rub the spice mix over the chicken.
- Prehe�t the �ir fryer. �dd the chicken to the �ir fryer b�sket �nd cook in b�tches 380F turning h�lfw�y, until browned on the outside �nd cooked through, �bout 10 minutes.
