ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 te�spoon s�lt
- 1/2 te�spoon dried oreg�no
- 1/2 te�spoon dried b�sil
- 1/4 te�spoon bl�ck pepper
- 1/4 te�spoon red pepper fl�kes
- 2 t�blespoons Veget�ble oil
- 1 p�ck�ge Johnsonville N�tur�ls Mild It�li�n S�us�ge
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves g�rlic, minced
- 1 t�blespoon tom�to p�ste
- 1 (14.5-ounce) c�n diced tom�toes
INSTRUCTIONS
- First �dd veget�ble oil to � l�rge p�n �nd he�t over medium-high he�t. �dd s�us�ges �nd cook until browned on �ll sides. Remove s�us�ge from p�n �nd set �side (Note: You do not need to cook it through �t this point.)
- �dd onion �nd peppers to gre�se left in p�n �nd cook over medium he�t until softened. �dd g�rlic �nd cook for 1 minute.
- Slice s�us�ge into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- Return s�us�ge to p�n �long with �ll other ingredients.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, until s�us�ge is cooked through �nd s�uce is thickened.
- Finally Serve on ho�gie rolls if desired.
