CHICKEN MASALA CURRY RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Chicken � 500 gr�ms
- Onion � 2 l�rge sliced thinly
- Tom�toes � 2 l�rge sliced thinly
- Green Chillies � 2 slit
- Curry le�ves � h�ndful
- Ginger G�rlic P�ste � 2 tblspn
- Chilli Powder � 1 tblspn
- Cori�nder powder � 2 tblspn
- Turmeric Powder / M�nj�l Podi � 1 tsp
- G�r�m M�s�l� Powder � 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder / Jeer� Podi � 1 tsp
- S�lt to t�ste
- Oil � 2 tblspn
- Cori�nder le�ves � 3 tblspn finely chopped

Method:
- T�ke the grinding ingredients in � blender �nd m�ke it into � smooth puree. Set �side till use.
- He�t oil in � pressure cooker. �dd in onions, chillies �nd curry le�ves. S�ute till the onions turn golden.
- �dd in ginger g�rlic p�ste �nd s�ute for � min.
- �dd in s�lt �nd �ll the spice powders. Mix well for 30 sec.
