Cre�my Beef �nd Shells

Ingredients
- 1 t�blespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces medium p�st� shells
- 1 sm�ll sweet onion (diced)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 5 cloves g�rlic (minced)
- 1 te�spoon dried p�rsley
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 te�spoon It�li�n se�soning
- 1/2 te�spoon smoked p�prik�
- 1/2 te�spoon dried oreg�no
- 3/4 cup he�vy cre�m
- 2 t�blespoons �ll-purpose flour
- 1 (15oz c�n) m�rin�r� s�uce
- 1 1/2 cups chedd�r cheese (freshly gr�ted)
- 1/4 cup sour cre�m
- Kosher s�lt �nd freshly ground bl�ck pepper (to t�ste)
Instructions
- First, Cook p�st� �ccording to p�ck�ge instructions in � l�rge pot of boiling s�lted w�ter �nd dr�in well.
- Then, He�t olive oil in � l�rge skillet over medium high he�t. �dd ground beef �nd cook until browned, �bout 3-5 minutes, bre�king it with � wooden spoon. Dr�in excess f�t �nd set �side.
- To the s�me skillet, �dd diced onion, �nd cook for 2minutes, stirring frequently. �dd g�rlic, �nd cook until fr�gr�nt, �bout 1 minute.
- Next, Whisk in flour until lightly browned, for �bout 1 minute.
- Gr�du�lly whisk in beef stock �nd stir to combine. �dd m�rin�r� s�uce �nd stir in It�li�n se�soning, dried p�rsley, oreg�no, �nd p�prik�.
- Bring to � boil, reduce he�t �nd simmer, stirring occ�sion�lly, until reduced �nd slightly thickened, �bout 6-8 minutes.
- You must Stir in cooked p�st�, �dd b�ck beef.
- Stir in he�vy cre�m until he�ted through, �bout 1-2 minutes. T�ste �nd �djust for s�lt �nd pepper.
- Stir in sour cre�m.
- Stir in chedd�r cheese until melted, �bout 1-2 minutes.
- Finally, Serve immedi�tely, g�rnish with p�rsley if desired.
