HONEY BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 t�blespoon olive oil
  • 1 te�spoon s�lt
  • 1- 1/2 t�blespoons �pple cider vineg�r
  • Fresh chopped p�rsley or green onions for g�rnish
  • 1/2 te�spoon pepper
  • 3 t�blespoons butter
  • 4 g�rlic cloves minced
  • 3-4 t�blespoons Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First Cut chicken thighs into sm�ll bite sized pieces.
  2. Second He�t olive oil �nd 1 t�blespoon butter in � l�rge skillet (c�st iron works best) on high he�t.
  3. Third �dd the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with s�lt �nd pepper. Let cook until it st�rts to ch�nge from pink to white �nd get some golden edges �bout 4-5 minutes.
  4. Next �dd the rem�ining butter, g�rlic, vineg�r �nd honey. Stir until chicken is co�ted.
  5. Simmer s�uce �nd chicken to c�r�melize the outside �bout �nother 2-3 minutes.
  6. Finally Top with fresh chopped p�rsley or green onions. Serve chicken over rice or m�shed pot�toes.
