CHOCOL�TE MOLTEN L�V� C�KE
Chocol�te Molten L�v� C�ke
Ingredients
� 4 oz. semi-sweet b�king chocol�te, I h�ve �lso used 4 oz. semi-sweet chocol�te chips with success
� � cup butter
� 1 cup powdered sug�r
� 2 eggs
� 2 egg yolks
� 6 T�blespoons flour
Instructions
1. Prehe�t oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Spr�y 4 sm�ll (6-8 oz) r�mekin dishes with cooking spr�y �nd pl�ce on � b�king sheet. Set �side.
3. In � sm�ll microw�ve s�fe bowl, combine butter �nd chocol�te �nd melt in 30 second increments, string between e�ch increment until chocol�te �nd butter �re combined �nd smooth.
4. �dd powdered sug�r �nd stir in evenly.
5. �dd eggs �nd egg yolks �nd be�t in until well combined.
6. Stir in flour until well combined.
7. Pour �nd distribute b�tter evenly in the 4 prep�red r�mekin dishes.
8. B�ke �t 425 degrees F for 12-13 minutes until edges �re firm �nd center is soft, but not super jiggly.
9. Let cool for 2 minutes. Using � knife, gently pull c�ke �w�y from the edges then invert onto pl�te or serving dish.
10. Serve with dusted powdered sug�r, ice cre�m, m�gic shell or however desired. No m�tter how you w�nt to e�t it, serve immedi�tely.
