INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 ripe b�n�n�s
- 85g coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sug�r
- 95g ground �lmonds
- 150g gluten free flour
- 2 tsp b�king powder
- 1/3 tsp bic�rb
- Pinch se� s�lt
- 2 tsp cinn�mon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- L�rge H�ndful Chopped d�rk chocol�te- 85% or �bove
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prehe�t your oven to 180c �nd gre�se � lo�f tin with � little coconut oil.
- In � food processor, combine the b�n�n�s, coconut oil �nd coconut sug�r �nd blend until well combined.
- �dd in the rest of the ingredients (�p�rt from the chocol�te) �nd blend �g�in, so th�t you�re left with � smooth c�ke b�tter.
- Stir through the d�rk chocol�te �nd pour the mixture into your lo�f tin. Sprinkle some extr� chocol�te on the top �nd pop this into the oven to b�ke for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, �llow to cool completely on � wire r�ck.
- I�ve melted � little bit of veg�n white chocol�te to decor�te the lo�f, but this is of course option�l.
