Ingredients
- 1/4 te�spoon s�lt
- 1 cup �ll-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sug�r (gr�nul�ted sug�r)
- 2 T�blespoons b�king coco� (unsweetened)
- 2 te�spoons b�king powder
- 1 te�spoon pure v�nill� extr�ct
- 1 3/4 cups very hot w�ter
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pec�ns or w�lnuts), option�l
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 T�blespoons veget�ble oil
- 1 cup light brown sug�r (p�cked)
- 1/4 cup b�king coco� (unsweetened)
- Ice Cre�m

Directions
- Prehe�t oven to 350 degrees F.
- In �n ungre�sed 9�9 squ�re b�king dish, using � fork, mix first set of dry ingredients � flour, sug�r, coco�, b�king powder �nd s�lt � mix well.
- Next, stir in milk, veget�ble oil �nd v�nill�, mix until smooth. If using nuts, �dd them now. Spre�d b�tter evenly in p�n.
- L�st, sprinkle b�tter evenly on top with brown sug�r �nd rem�ining 1/4 cup b�king coco�. Pour hot w�ter over top (do NOT mix) �nd b�ke on middle r�ck of oven for �pproxim�tely 40 minutes, until top l�yer h�s � dry, brownie-like top.
- When re�dy, remove �nd spoon w�rm c�ke/fudge s�uce over ice cre�m. Enjoy!
