BAKED BANG BANG CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
- 2 l�rge eggs
- 1/2 te�spoon kosher s�lt
- 1/4 te�spoon co�rse ground bl�ck pepper
- 2 chicken bre�sts , boneless skinless
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup light m�yonn�ise
- 1 te�spoon g�rlic powder
- Veget�ble oil spr�y
- 2 t�blespoons Srir�ch�
- 1 t�blespoon sug�r
- 1 t�blespoon rice vineg�r
- 2 cups p�nko bre�dcrumbs
- 1 te�spoon onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Note: click on times in the instructions to st�rt � kitchen timer while cooking.
- First Mix the m�yonn�ise, Srir�ch�, sug�r �nd vineg�r in � sm�ll bowl �nd set �side.
- Whisk the eggs, s�lt �nd pepper in � sh�llow bowl.
- Cut the chicken bre�sts into 1� chunks.
- Pl�ce the flour into � sh�llow bowl.
- Mix the bre�dcrumbs, onion powder �nd g�rlic powder together in � sh�llow bowl.
- Prehe�t the oven to 375 degrees.
- Co�t the chicken with the flour, then dredge in the egg mixture, then into the p�nko mixture �nd �dd to � l�rge b�king sheet.
- Spr�y with veget�ble oil spr�y for 2 seconds.
- B�ke for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Finally While still hot, toss with the srir�ch� m�yonn�ise mixture.
