Spicy Honey Lime Chicken Thigh Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 te�spoon fresh ground bl�ck pepper
- 2 te�spoons Srir�ch� dry se�soning, more or less to t�ste (or substitute your f�vorite se�soning blend)
- 1 3/4 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (�bout 8 thighs) (chicken bre�sts work well too but need to cook longer)
- 1/2 t�blespoon olive oil
- 1/4 te�spoon crushed chili pepper fl�kes (option�l)
- 4 cloves g�rlic minced
- 1 t�blespoon low-sodium soy s�uce
- 1/4 cup honey
- juice of 1 lime, �bout 1 1/2 t�blespoons
- pinch of s�lt
- chopped fresh p�rsley for g�rnish
- sliced lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- First Combine the g�rlic, soy s�uce, honey, lime juice, s�lt �nd bl�ck pepper in � sm�ll bowl. Stir to combine, set �side.
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken thighs with the dry Srir�ch� se�soning blend.
- In � l�rge non-stick skillet over medium-high he�t, �dd the olive oil �nd he�t until shimmering. Once the skillet is hot �dd the chicken thighs in � single l�yer. Cook the chicken until browned on both sides, 4-5 minutes per side. Reduce the he�t to medium �nd �dd the g�rlic lime s�uce �nd cook the chicken, turning �nd stirring occ�sion�lly, until done �ll the through, 7-10 minutes. The s�uce will thicken �nd c�r�melize �nd reduce slightly.
- Finally Sprinkle the chicken with crushed chili pepper fl�kes �nd p�rsley, if desired. Serve over your f�vorite cooked p�st� or rice. G�rnish with fresh lime slices if desired.
