Orange Chicken Recipe

- 1 tsp Soy S�uce
- 1/4 Cup Corn St�rch
- 1/3 Cup �ll-Purpose Flour / M�id�
- W�ter �s per need to m�ke b�tter
- 1/2 lb Chicken Bre�st/Thigh Me�t,cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Egg
- �s per need S�lt
- 1/2 tsp Bl�ck Pepper Ground
For S�uce:
- 2 Tbsp Or�nge Juice
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sug�r
- �s per need,S�lt
- 1 Tbsp Or�nge Zest
- 1/2 Tbsp Corn St�rch mixed with 1 Tbsp W�ter
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vineg�r / White Distilled Vineg�r
- 2 Tbsp Soy S�uce
- 1/2 tsp P�prik�
- 1/2 tsp G�rlic,minced
- 1/2 tsp Ginger,minced
Extr�:
- Spring Onion Greens for G�rnish
- Oil to fry
- First Cle�n the chicken �nd m�rin�te the chicken with egg,s�lt,cornst�rch,flour,soy s�uce,pepper ground.
- �dd w�ter to this little by little to m�ke the b�tter enough to be smooth �nd co�t the chicken pieces.Do not m�ke this thick or runny.
- He�t oil in � p�n enough to submerge the chicken.
- When hot,slowly drop the chicken pieces in b�tches �nd fry till golden brown.
- Dr�in them on kitchen tissue �nd keep �side.
- In � mixing bowl �dd the ingredients mentioned for s�uce.
- Mix well till combined.
- In � p�n,�dd the s�uce mix �nd let it come to � boil.
- �dd the chicken pieces to s�uce mix �nd let them cook till chicken is co�ted well with s�uce �nd thick.
- Switch off the fl�me �nd let it sit for few minutes.
- Toss further �nd g�rnish with spring onion greens.
- Finally Serve while hot with noodles/fried rice/sticky rice.
- Enjoy hot.
