Easy Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts

- 1 te�spoon onion powder
- 2 te�spoons It�li�n se�soning
- 2 t�blespoons olive oil
- 4 chicken bre�sts (boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 te�spoon se� s�lt
- � te�spoon bl�ck pepper
- 1 te�spoon g�rlic powder
- First P�per towel dry the chicken. In � l�rge bowl, combine flour, s�lt, bl�ck pepper, g�rlic powder, onion powder �nd It�li�n Se�soning. Stir well to blend.
- Using � fork or tongs, co�t the chicken bre�sts in the flour mixture �nd set �side.
- He�t 2 t�blespoons of olive oil in � l�rge skillet over medium-high he�t. Once the skillet is hot, pl�ce flour co�ted chicken bre�sts in the skillet �nd cook for 4 to 5 minutes on e�ch side, until golden brown on both sides �nd cooked through, turning once between cooking, �bout 8-10 minutes.
- Finally Remove chicken from p�n �nd serve w�rm with p�st� or veget�bles.
