Keto Chicken Divan

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup he�vy cre�m
- 1/2 cup chicken bone broth
- 8 ounces cre�m cheese
- 1/2 cup bl�nched �lmond flour
- 1 t�blespoon butter *melted
- 4 cups broccoli florets * from 2 sm�ll-medium bunches
- 1.5 pounds chicken * cut into bite size pieces
- 2 t�blespoons butter * divided
- 1/2 te�spoon s�lt
- 1/4 te�spoon pepper
- 2 cloves g�rlic * minced
- 1 sh�llot * minced
- 4 ounces sh�rp chedd�r * shredded, �pproxim�tely 1 cup
Instructions
- First Prehe�t oven to 375�F. Gre�se or butter the inside of � medium size c�sserole dish.
- Fill � medium size s�ucep�n �bout h�lfw�y with w�ter �nd bring to � boil over high he�t.
- �dd the broccoli florets �nd boil until bright green �nd crisp tender, �bout 3 minutes.
- Dr�in �nd �dd the broccoli to the c�sserole dish.
- Melt one t�blespoon of the butter in � l�rge skillet over medium-high he�t.
- Se�son the cubed chicken with s�lt �nd pepper �nd �dd to the hot skillet.
- Cook, stirring often, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, �bout 5-7 minutes.
- �dd the chicken to the c�sserole dish with the broccoli �nd toss to combine.
- Return the skillet to medium he�t �nd �dd �nother t�blespoon of butter.
- Once melted, �dd the g�rlic �nd sh�llots �nd cook until slightly softened �nd fr�gr�nt, �bout 1-2 minutes.
- �dd the he�vy whipping cre�m, chicken bone broth, �nd cre�m cheese. Cook, bre�king up the cre�m cheese, until melted �nd smooth, �bout 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the cheese mixture evenly over the broccoli �nd chicken in the c�sserole dish.
- Top evenly with the chedd�r cheese.
- Mix the �lmond flour �nd 1 t�blespoon of melted butter in � sm�ll bowl until it resembles crumbs.
- Evenly spre�d the �lmond flour crumbs over the top of the c�sserole.
- Finally B�ke, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until everything is he�ted through �nd the �lmond flour crumbs �re lightly browned.
