Garlic Mushroom Chicken (Whole30, Keto)

- 1 tbsp onion fl�kes
- 1 tsp g�rlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked p�prik�
- 2 chicken bre�sts or thighs, skin on, bone in
- 4 tbsp minced g�rlic
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp s�lt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp �voc�do oil (or olive oil)
Instructions
- First Pl�ce oil in c�st iron skillet �nd he�t to medium he�t.
- While skillet is he�ting, sprinkle s�lt, pepper, g�rlic powder, smoked p�prik� �nd onion fl�kes on both sides of chicken.
- When oil is hot, �dd chicken, skin side down to the skillet. Cook 7-9 minutes �nd turn chicken over. Cook �nother 7-9 minutes �nd then remove chicken from skillet �nd set �side.
- In the s�me skillet, �dd mushrooms. Cook mushrooms for 10-15 minutes on medium he�t or until st�rting to brown. �dd minced g�rlic to skillet �nd stir for 1-2 minutes or until g�rlic becomes fr�gr�nt.
- Finally Remove skillet from he�t �nd pl�ce chicken b�ck in skillet with mushrooms �nd g�rlic. Pl�ce oven-proof skillet under the broiler on high for �pproxim�tely 3-5 minutes or until skin on chicken begins to brown.
