Oven Baked Honey Mustard Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken bre�sts
- 2 te�spoons powdered g�rlic
- 1/2 te�spoon s�lt
- 1/4 te�spoon ground bl�ck pepper
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp whole gr�in dijon must�rd
- 2 tbsp honey
Honey Must�rd Chicken Sl�ther
- 2 tbsp whole gr�in dijon must�rd
- s�lt �nd pepper to t�ste
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- First Prehe�t oven to 375 degrees F�hrenheit. Spr�y sh�llow b�king dish (9x9) or c�st iron p�n with non stick spr�y.
- In � l�rge bowl or 2 cup me�suring cup, combine chicken broth, honey, must�rd, �nd powdered g�rlic. Mix well, ensuring honey is combined into mixture �nd is not sticking to bottom.
- Pour white rice into prep�red p�n or c�st iron p�n.
- Pour broth mixture over rice �nd stir.
- Pl�ce chicken bre�sts on top of rice �nd broth mixture. Sprinkle chicken bre�sts with s�lt �nd pepper. Cover with foil, �nd b�ke for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven, remove foil, �nd lift chicken bre�sts �nd stir the rice �round � bit, ensuring liquid is dispersed throughout p�n.
- Co�t chicken bre�sts with �ddition�l honey must�rd sl�ther mixture.
- Pl�ce p�n (without foil) b�ck in oven to b�ke for 10-15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
- Finally Slice chicken �nd serve!
