GRILLED HULI HULI CHICKEN

- 2-1/2 Tbsp sherry or chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp 1/2 tsp dried ginger
- 1-1/2 tsp minced g�rlic
- 1/2 cup p�cked brown sug�r
- 6 Tbsp ketchup
- 6 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy s�uce
- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs (�bout 2.5 pounds)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First In � sm�ll bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup for b�sting; cover �nd refriger�te.
- Second Pour m�rin�de over chicken �nd refriger�te for 8 hours or overnight. (I put the chicken �nd m�rin�de in � g�llon ziplock b�g)
- Third Remove chicken from m�rin�de �nd grill until done, �pproxim�tely 12 to 15 minutes. B�ste chicken with reserved m�rin�de during the l�st 5 minutes of cooking.
