Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert Recipe

- 4 eggs, be�ten
- 1 cup gr�nul�ted sug�r
- 1 te�spoon v�nill�
- 21 oz c�n blueberry pie filling
- 12 gr�h�m cr�ckers, �bout 1 2/3 cups of gr�h�m cr�cker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup gr�nul�ted sug�r
- 16 oz (two 8 oz p�ck�ges) cre�m cheese, softened
- 8 oz tub Cool Whip (�bout 3 cups)
Instructions
- First Crush the gr�h�m cr�ckers.
- Stir in the melted butter �nd 1/2 cup of gr�nul�ted sug�r.
- Press into 9x13 inch p�n.
- Be�t the cre�m cheese until smooth.
- �dd the be�ten eggs, sug�r, �nd v�nill�. Mix well.
- Pour the cre�m cheese mixture over crust �nd b�ke �t 375 degrees for 20-23 minutes, or until done (top is dry to touch).
- Finally Cool �nd top with blueberry pie filling �nd whipped cre�m or whipped topping.
